Thermal Tint

Cost: 1 Magic (Bind)

Range: Any fire or area of Ice, up to 1 cubic square, the caster can touch

Effect: You transform the target: causing fire turning a cold blue and ice a bright red, locking in their thermal state. Blue Fire will not produce heat or melt ice, while Red Ice does not melt due to exposure to heat. In all other ways, they behave as their mundane versions. If Blue Fire and Red Ice come into contact, both will dissipate. The effect can be dismissed by the caster with a touch as a Free Action, or during an Extended Rest, returning the Bound Magic to the caster. You can have up to (Willpower) total Magic bound in this spell at any one time
