Effect: You take a brief glimpse into the target’s mind, gaining insight into its immediate surface thoughts. You are aware of the target’s true emotional state and what has their primary attention at that moment as well as a single sentence on what they think about it. Outside of combat, this gives you a bonus equal to (Willpower + Insight/2) to the next (Command), (Guile), (Influence), or (Intimidate) made against that creature. If used in Combat, make a Predict maneuver as a Free Action, substituting your Willpower for Perception
