Part 2: Town Gate

The Heroes arrive at the town gate. The gate is currently closed.

At the gate is Chervyl, a Hylian merchant. He wants to be let in! However, the guard on the wall, Rue, refuses. Chervyl is being a pain about paying the tax on his goods, and has refused to let his cart be searched and taxed.

At this point, ask the Heroes to each make a Perception check.
